  1. Q: How long will it be before I receive my order?
    A: When placing your order, you will be asked to request a shipping method. The shipping method you select will have a direct correlation to how long it will take for your items to arrive. For standard shipping, you should receive your order within 4-5 business days. Please allow additional time for shipments to U.S. Territories, PO Boxes, Military APO/FPO addresses and International countries.

  2. Q: Can I expedite my shipping?
    A: Yes, orders can be expedited. During checkout, you'll be offered several shipping options. UPS 2-Day and UPS Next Day Air and their respective charges will be presented to you as choices you can make.

  3. Q: Do you ship to addresses outside the United States?
    A: Yes, we ship internationally. Please click here for more information on international shipping.

  4. Q: Do you ship to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?
    A: When shipping to PO Boxes, we use the United States Postal Service (USPS Priority Mail). Please click here for more information on shipping to Military APO/FPO addresses.

  5. Q: What do you charge for shipping an order?
    A: Our standard ground shipping and handling charge is $9.95 per order. AWMA uses UPS Ground unless requested otherwise. We charge our wholesale customers exactly what we are charged. The cost will depend on the quantity, weight, and dimensions of the parcels. The distance traveled also will determine the charges. UPS Ground takes 1-6 business days once the package leaves our warehouse. UPS will attempt delivery 3 times before sending the parcel back to us. The time of delivery is dependent on your local UPS driver. For expedited shipping please contact our offices at 1-800-345-2962.

  6. Q: How can I cancel my order?
    A: Once an order is placed it is automatically transmitted to the warehouse for fulfillment. Although we do our best to comply with all requests cancelation it is not always possible to stop an order from being shipped. If you wish to cancel your order we recommend that you send an email to awma@awma.com with your order number and the word "CANCEL" in the subject line.

  8. Q: Which credit cards are accepted?
    A: AWMA.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card. When ordering, AWMA.com will attempt to secure authorization on your credit card at the point of purchase online. If there is a problem securing this authorization you will be notified during checkout. If we receive verification of sufficient funds, your order will be completed and processing will commence. Your account will be charged in 24 to 48 hours.
