• Box up the item(s) you’re returning in their original condition including attached tags, manuals etc.
  
  
• Please include a copy of your receipt, or invoice, if you no longer have one of these, a letter with the following information:
  
  
  • Name
  • Address
  • Daytime and evening phone numbers.
  • E-mail address.
  • When, where and by whom the purchase was made.
  • Reason for the return.
  • Purchase price of the item(s).
  
  
  
• Please specify whether you would like an exchange, or a refund.
  
  
• For your protection Insure the package and obtain a tracking number from your shipping carrier.

We will refund your credit card upon receipt of the returned merchandise. If we mis-shipped your order, we will gladly insure the cost for return UPS Ground shipping.

Recommendations

• Send your package via UPS or FedEx.
  
  
• For exchanges, to ensure availability, place an exchange order immediately and we will then credit back your original purchase when we receive it.
  
  
• Only new unused merchandise with the manufacturer's tags attached may be returned within 30 days of receipt.
