The Better you Measure - The Better you Manage!
As a driven Black Belt Achiever, you’ve decided to make this your best year ever.
By now, you have already taken some pretty massive action toward your pre-determined goals and objectives. You have probably been training hard to get into even better shape than ever. Or, maybe you have also set some pretty aggressive financial goals.
Either way, it's very important to keep track of your progress and actual results.
In business, we are always looking at our stats and paying attention to the vital signs
of success and/or quickly identifying any areas that may cause challenges if they aren't
fixed right away.
In training, you may be measuring your run times, number of push-ups or crunches in a certain time zone. Perhaps your watching your weight or having body fat checks.
It's all good, because it keeps you aware of your goal and gives you valuable feedback
if you are on the right track or not.
Remember, as long as you don't quit...there is no failure, only valuable feedback!
The better you measure...the better you manage!
When you accurately measure and track your progress, you are able to quickly adjust
your actions. You may find you need to take MORE actions, you may find you need to
take BETTER actions. You may decide you need to take both.
Here are some questions to ask yourself:
-- How are you doing so far?
-- What AREAS are you seeing the greatest GAINS?
-- What AREAS are you seeing the least GAINS?
-- What MORE can do to improve your results?
-- What can you do BETTER to improve your results?
-- W.I.I.F.Y => What's in it for you?
-- How will you benefit from achieving this goal?
-- What ELSE can you DO to accelerate your PROGRESS?
Most people go at their goals with a very a hit-or-miss approach. They haphazardly
set goals, then they fail to follow through, or they simply procrastinate taking action.
Procrastination is the thief of time. You need to take action to make anything happen.
The MORE action you take and the BETTER actions you take, the better RESULTS.
Improved Actions=>Improved Results=>Improved Results=>Improved Lifestyle.
Take the time now to track your progress and adjust your Massive Action Plan if necessary.
'If you are not making the progress you would like to make, and are capable of making – it’s simply because your goals are not clearly defined!' - Paul Meyer

Mixed Martial Arts is currently the fastest growing sport attraction in America. USABBC is
continually upgrading and improving our curriculum to allow our students to benefit from
the knowledge and skills available today.
The blend of Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is an exciting and highly effective combo.
It's also the exact combination that allows Kyoshi and our Masters Council to stay in top
shape year round. Done properly, it's safe, it's fun and it is one heckuva workout.
Anyone interested in taking their skills and knowledge to the next level, should register for this event. If you would like to view some samples of the curriculum being taught, check
out their web site: www.BJJAmerica.com
Hope your ready for a great week!

Kyoshi
