Champions Decide in Advance!
Black Belt Champions think about what they want and what they don't want. They decide in advance what actions they are going to take and what goals they are going to pursue.
D.I.A.=>Decide in Advance. Simply meaning to look into the future, short term and long term, and decide what you want and what you will do.
A good example is to look into the next few weeks of Holiday celebration and cheer.
Think about how much you want to enjoy time with your family and friends.
At the same time, you should decide in advance what your training objectives as well, and what your schedule will be during this wonderful time of year.
Think about all the great food and drink that will be tempting you.
Will you indulge and over do it, or will you decide to enjoy with moderation?
Decide in advance how you want to finish your year.
The more you think about your future, whether you are looking at tomorrow, the next few weeks or the next few years, the greater chance you have of making your life better.
Where attention goes, energy flows, and results always show.
We hope you enjoy the Holiday Season and ask you to join us in making these final few weeks of classes and training our best yet. Decide In Advance!
I hope you had a fantastic Thanksgiving and some time with family and friends.
This is such a great time of year to reflect on things and review the year as a whole. It's always great to look back at victories and achievements, as well as obstacles and setbacks.
Each has a lesson behind them and each can propel you forward into the New Year.
With only a few weeks to go for 2007, I have always found this is the best time of year to review and analyze my progress in the primary areas I started the year off with goals and objectives.
By now, you are probably familiar with the areas I talk about the most....
Martial Arts & fitness, business & career, finances, relationships and personal self development.
For many years, it's been my goal to see constant and never ending improvement in all of these areas Experts agree that we can focus on 7-10 areas of growth on a consistent basis.
These are my simplified five areas that seem to keep mepretty focused and very happy.
Always happy...but never quite satisfied...keeps us hungry for more.
It's been a great year for me, my family and our entire organization.
I am truly grateful and have so much to be thankful for...
It's also been a great year for the Martial Arts worldwide...how did we get so lucky?
I hope you feel the same and I look forward to hearing about your Victories for 2007.
Train Hard..Work Hard...Enjoy the Rewards of your Success!
Osu,
Kyoshi
