As a true expert in Japanese karate, Kiyoshi Yamazaki sensei brings you techniques from two major and powerful styles: shotokan and shito-ryu. He was fortunate to learn from Master Yasuhiro Knoishi (1893-1983), who was among the first to learn from noted okinawan masters Funakoshi (shotokan), Mabuni (shito-ryu) and Miyagi (gogu-ryu). Yamazaki holds a 7th degree black belt from two organizations: Japan Karate-Do Ryobukai and Japan Karate Federation. Anyone-men, women and children-with the desire to learn can benefit from his teachings. These techniques and kata from Yamazaki's vast knowledge will be a valuable asset for every martial arts student.
