This is a Traditional Chinese Iron Palm Training Program. This video gives instruction on Chinese Iron Palm Training like no other. Step by step instruction through the 13 stages of training. These 13 stages are performed with daily practice. Each stage builds the Chi (internal energy) within the body to develop powerful strikes and a healthy body. Breathing exercises, meditation, applying dit da jow (herbal lineament), striking the palm bag and more are demonstrated with detailed instruction.
