Be ready to provide a target for those kicks and punches with a hand target from ProForce®. The defender and the aggressor can practice their focus and accuracy since the target is smaller than our other padded equipment at 10 1/2" square x 3" thick. Three black nylon web straps provide a secure hold during training. The blue vinyl shell is very durable. Impact resistant foam fills the inside.
