This second video in the series contains the beginner level conditioning exercises which are designed to toughen the arms for blocking and striking. 5 different exercises are taught to condition the arms from the wrist to the shoulder.
The One Step Sparring set takes the new student through the 7 basic blocks taught in the 25 basics. The student practices how to set timing, rhythm and distance with the blocks against a punching attack.
Kihon Kata Ni, our 2nd basic kata is taught in lessons. The first half this kata is the same as Kohon Kata Ichi but then teaches moving at 45 degree angles.
