The ProForce® Paddle Clapper Target resembles a hand held paddle, but with some obvious differences. It's bigger, has more padding and makes a clear, audible sound when hit. It can be strapped at any height on large or medium sized bags (bag diameter must be 17-1/2" or larger). Excellent for punching drills, spin kicks, roundhouse kicks and all sorts of crescent kicks.
