Aikijujitsu is a traditional Japanese martial art based on pure self-defense and is the art of the Samurai warrior. The aikijujitsu style contains many dynamic techniques that are revealed on this DVD for the first time. The aikijujitsu style relies on the "Blending of Spirits!" You will learn wristlocks, armbars and throwing techniques. On this DVD you will learn the most authentic way of performing the aiki techniques the original way they were taught, in a hard jujitsu-like manner to totally devastate your opponent as opposed to the softer aikido style. You will learn warm-ups, body conditioning and many powerful and effective self-defense techniques.
