Later, around 1910 a Chinese man named Gokenki taught Hakutsuru Kenpo or White Crane Fist Style in Okinawa. On this DVD you will learn the Hakutsuru Version of Seisan and Sanseiryu along with their combative applications. You will also learn Body Conditioning Drills and Fighting Techniques from Yong Chun Village in China the Birthplace of White Crane Martial Arts! This DVD includes Pressure Point & Knockout Techniques! These techniques are Highly Dangerous and must be practiced with caution!
