About This Item

Tie Bi is Chinese for "Arms of Steel"

It is designed for all the tough forearm exercises. It is ideal for wooden dummy training as practiced in Hung Gar, Wing Chun and Jeet Kune Do, also arts that emphasize powerful forearm blocking, like Escrima, Kali and Arnis.

The herbs in Tie Bi cool the surface of the skin to relieve redness and swelling, and also penetrate deep to break up congested energy and circulate chi and blood through the whole arm.

Use Tie Bi before and after workouts to build powerful blocking techniques without damage that inhibits full development.
