This tape is approximately 1 hour long and shows Master Christian Hydrick performing the Hyung (form). Then approximately 10 to 15 movements from the Kata are extracted with complete Acupuncture Science explanation and Pressure Points. All points are demonstrated on a live model along with computer graphics to label each point.
