On this DVD, the second of the series, Dr. Lee, Ah Loi, demonstrates Koryu no Kata - training in flow and continuity and Aikido joint manipulation techniques. The Koryu are broken down into sections and each section is done without stopping to accustom students to that skill. Four "empty hands" kata are shown and demonstrated. Both kneeling (floor) and standing techniques are shown at normal speed and in slow motion. Split screen presentation shows some of the more important moves in close up and simultaneously in long shot.
