The Hebrew concept "KravMaga" means contact fight. Krav Maga is a fight system of the Israeli army (Israeli Defense Forces, briefly IDF) developed by Imilichtenfelf in the mid thirties. Because of all the violation against the Israeli people and the maximum efficiency of Krav Maga. Later this fight system was also taught to the civil population. This DVD contains the techniques and training methods of the second level of education. These are: warm up examples, the knowing of how to roll, impact, kick and block techniques, special self-defense techniques, introduction for the knife fight, self-defense techniques against knife attacks and knife threats.
