Pros: Does what it promises - gets rid of bruises fast.
Cons: The smell. I like it, but if you don't that could be a problem.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.

I first ordered this product when I was in martial arts classes, doing a lot of sparring. As a woman, the bruises were very upsetting to me. Using Dit Da Jow really helped to get rid of the bruises, fast! Now I continue to use it, for other times when I get bruises. It's always effective, and works fast!
