  Forgot I Was Wearing Shoes

By Def Julz from Levittown, PA on 10/11/2014
Pros: very affordable, lightweight
Cons: sensitive grip/slide control
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.

I use these shoes indoors for my kung fu practices. They provide me with a decent grip, but also gives me the option to slide (for bagua style walking). For the inexpensive cost these shoes are a great option and have held up with no noticeable wear/tear.

  Extremely Lightweight & Flexible

By Nate The Great from Berwyn, PA on 3/21/2015
Pros: lightweight, flexible, compact, durable
Cons: poor grip on smooth surfaces
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.

A great pair of soles to keep your feet from hurting while practicing outdoors, or from getting blisters inside on mats or hardwood. These are extremely flexible and lightweight, & allow for swift movement . They take up little space & are easy to pack up to fit in any bag. The only downside is the grips are a bit too slippery, especially for smooth surfaces like hardwood; it makes it a bit more difficult to launch a speedy attack & keep balance - but it does at least help to master your balance
