Our black practice nunchakus are foam padded for extra comfort during weapons training. With a diameter of only 3/4 of an inch (3/4"), these nunchakus will fit comfortably in a beginners hand. Can be ordered with 9 or 11" long handles in nylon strung or ball bearing swivel.

I have found that these padded chucks are perfect for young beginners. The thicker padded chucks are much more challenging when clutching with smaller hands.
