Straight Training Bo - 1 in. The Straight Training bo is perfect for practicing LIGHT sparring with and is 1" in diameter with a walnut finish. It comes in five lengths: 4', 4-1/2', 5', 5-1/2' and 6'. There is no varathane on these bo staffs allowing them to slide easily thru your hands with no sticking.
