A great way to build and condition bicep muscles is with All Pro®. With a total weight of 3 lbs. per pair, you can add or subtract weight in 1/4 lb. increments. Touch fastener closure gives you a good fit with one size fits all sizing. Conditioners are lined with a contour foam cushion that provides a barrier between the weighted area and skin to help prevent irritation.
