Another terrific target product designed to improve aim and timing is the focus glove. Each glove is lined with a durable foam rubber plus other shock absorbing materials. Finger slots offer better stability to resist the punch or kick. Gloves measure 8" x 10" x 1". A must for training! Sold individually!
