It may look like a simple piece of wood, but it is actually two pieces that when separated reveal an unsharpened 8 1/2 inch tanto knife and scabbard. Made of a metal alloy, this tanto measures 12 1/2 inches long overall with a natural wood sheath and 4 inch handle. Black carrying case included. Made in Japan. Blade cannot be sharpened.
