Great for most workouts or training sessions, these touch fasten closure weights are designed for the user to have full freedom and mobility of wrists and hands. The set weighs 4 lbs. total (2 lbs. each) and is adjustable in 1/5 lb. increments. Cushioned neoprene lining offers comfort and helps prevent slippage. Versatile enough to use anytime including aerobics, walking, jogging or other forms of athletic workouts.
