This one size fits all vest is available in either 20 or 40 lb. total weight which can be adjusted in 1/2lb. increments. A great piece of equipment to help increase strength training and endurance. Vest offers a contour foam cushion which provides a protective layer between the nylon vest and your chest, shoulders, upper back, spine and waist areas. Cushioned flaps also secure weights in place. Touch fastener closures provided for easy on/off during workouts. Great for both men and women.
