Develop strength and power in your punches while toughenting your skin and hardening your fist. This bag features one or more zippered compartments for holding 6 to 8 lbs. of dried beans or shots (not included). The outer shell is made of a heavyweight duck canvas with reinforced stitching. This bag can really take a pounding. Hang it on a wall or tree using the brass plated grommets so your bag will not wear out as quickly. Bag measures 35 1/2" x 12" and features a silkscreened design indicating effective striking points on the human body.
