Practice your punching, aim, focus and timing, all with one piece of equipment. It's called the "Head Hunter" because of its similarity in size and hanging position as an opponent's head. With an adjustable strap and an elastic cord you can hang this bag at various heights as if competing against different opponents. Shell is made of a durable vinyl with an extra tough foam padding on the inside. Top and bottom attachments are sewn-in for added durability.
