Isshin Ryu is a traditional Okinawan karate form and is based on pure self-defense. The Isshin Ryu Karate style contains many dynamic techniques that are revealed in this video for the first time. You will learn warm-ups, basics, and the following kata: Sanchin, Naihanchi, Seiunchin, Wansu, Su-n-su. Weapons: Tokumine No Kun, Hamahiga No Tonfa, Nunchaku, Chatanyara No Sai. An explanation of self-defense and traditional Okinawan body conditioning. Total makiwara conditioning.
