This heavy bag is specifically designed to teach one of boxing's most neglected and effective punches, the Uppercut. The bag weighs 40 pounds and is made of a durable vinyl. Two heavy duty straps hold the bag horizontal for uppercut work. Available in black only. Bag does not include chains.

Bag measures 17" x 26" and has a circumference of 44-1/2".
