This unique product is perfect for MMA, kickboxing, and muay thai. It has a steel frame that gets bolted into the wall. Once on the wall the size and dimensions are perfect for practicing all types of strikes but are specifically designed for kneeing, kicking, and upper cutting. The heavy duty leather construction makes this item last.

- Genuine leather.
- 25" tall x 14" wide.
- Thickness is 12" at bottom and 19" at top.
- Has padded targets attached.
